Gaeke Construction Wins Bid to Build Bastrop City Hall

February 17, 2010, Giddings, TX - Gaeke Construction Company was awarded the $1.529 million contract to construct the Bastrop, Texas City Hall facility. The new 14,904 square foot facility will expand their existing office facilities. Offices for the Mayor, City Manager, Building Inspections and city staff secretaries will all be included in the new structure along with staff support rooms. The building's public area will include meeting rooms, conference rooms and the City Council chambers.

Fatter and Evans Architects, Inc. of Austin, Texas will be working with Gaeke Construction on this project. The building is scheduled for completion in Fall, 2010.
