The swimming pool and gym area are constructed of glue laminated beams and a wood structural deck with skylights and window walls. The roof system is standing seam metal and the exterior walls are brick with extensive cast stone accents and ornaments throughout. The interior walls are finished with painted or wallpapered drywall with suspended acoustic tile ceilings and carpet or vinyl flooring.
