"The coolest house in the neighborhood..."

Affectionately called by the neighbors in the East Gate section of College Station adjacent to Texas A&M University...

"The coolest house in the neighborhood,” the Walton project sits in an eclectic area near the university where students and long-time East Gate residents make up the demographics of the area. Since many of the homes were constructed in the 1940s and 50s, the brand new structure on Walton Street was designed to blend in with the surrounding architectural style. This craftsman style home is 2,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an open architectural design that is perfect for the owner’s lifestyle. These Texas A&M graduates use the home as a game-day and weekend retreat and eventually a place to retire. The color scheme is of course maroon and white with many Aggie items displayed throughout the interior décor. The craftsman style interior trim and cabinet details provide continuity to the architectural period this home was constructed to resemble. Perhaps the most unique interior decorative feature is the hardwood floor finished and distressed to resemble a well-worn painted hardwood floor that perhaps adorned previous homes of this time period. Yellow roses and maroon crepe myrtles are the feature plants in the landscape. This is a truly unique project that demonstrates the company's attention to detail and the vision not only to build but to create one-of-a-kind project for our clients.
